豚インフルがフェーズ4入りが決まり、GoogleIO はキャンセルすべきということになりました。

キャンセルできない、だと！？

300USD x2 でキャンセル不可とか…orz
豚インフルとかそんな予測不可能な災厄でのキャンセルくらいなにか救済措置は無いのかよ？

I have registered and can no longer attend the event.Is it possible tocancel my registration and obtain a refund?

Unfortunately registration fees are non-refundable. If you'd like to send a colleague or friend in your place, we do allow
substitutions. Please email us your full name, confirmation number, replacement's full name and email address. We will update your registration and send out a confirmation email to you and your replacement.
